This policy explains how Novantia Store handles personal data under the GDPR (AVG). Because the shop links out rather than selling, it collects very little.
Controller
Novantia (contact: support@novantia.eu) is the controller for this website. Registration details are in the Imprint.
What we collect
- No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, cart or checkout on this site.
- Language preference. Your chosen interface language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP address and request time) briefly to serve pages and keep the site secure. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe website.
- No analytics today. We run no tracking or advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, it will be a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool (e.g. Plausible or Umami) that does not identify you.
Outbound links
When you follow a link to a seller, you leave this site and enter theirs. That seller's own privacy policy then applies to anything you do there, including any purchase. We do not receive your name, address or payment details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Since we hold almost no personal data about visitors, most requests will simply confirm that. Email support@novantia.eu.
